It’s not the first, and neither will it be the last. Of all the Smartphones Samsung has released, the Galaxy S7 is gradually becoming one of the most wanted. After the release of the Samsung Galaxy S6 that comes with some cool features, amazing specs and sleek designs, customers have been on the prowl for the Samsung Galaxy S7. Samsung has done a great job at keeping our expectations at the peak, though it hasn’t been perfect at keeping some things about the yet-to-be-released device in shell.
The Mobile World Congress is some days away and we have heard rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S7 again. The latest leaks came from Evan BlassA, the one we all know for being a very reliable source of information, and when it comes to leaks, @evleaks is one to be respected. The latest we saw about this device is an image that looks like a product image for the press, and it seems the device is in the advanced stage and the company could be releasing it anytime soon.
Evan BlassA hinted in his tweet that the mobile phone could be coming with an Android Marshmallow from Samsung. Looking at the recently leaked image, the Samsung Galaxy S7 could be having an ‘almost’ identical look to the Samsung Galaxy S6. In addition to the critically acclaimed design that’s expected to come with this device, we are expecting that Samsung goes an extra mile to ensure that the corners are well rounded and the back of the device is also curved. Rounder edges and a curved back have been in alignment with the recently leaked image, and if that’s what Samsung will bring on the Galaxy S7, we will be receiving a device with an improved ergonomics.
According to the leak, the device could be housing a lower 12MP rear-facing camera that will be coming with an optical image stabilization feature. To also add to the sleek design, the company could be bringing a device with a smaller camera bulge. The screen and resolution are said to remain the same while the company has been rumored to be adding a pressure sensitive touch technology to the display of the Samsung Galaxy S7.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge which has also been touted to come with a 5.5inch screen would also be housing a 3,600mAh battery capacity. The device( Galaxy S7) could be coming with the latest and best hardware possible, and reports have shown that Samsung’s Exynos 8890 processor would be escorting the Samsung Galaxy S7 for some countries while Samsung would be going for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset for some other countries.
Last year’s releases were mainly packed with Samsung’s own processors, but we could be seeing a massive change this year as Qualcomm has really worked wonders on the Snapdragon 820, and it even added a custom core called Kryo. But whatever it is that Samsung plans will be received with applause as long as we would not be dealing with overheating Smartphones.
While the Samsung Galaxy S6 is sporting a 3GB RAM, we are expecting that Samsung upgrades the Samsung Galaxy S7 memory by giving it the 4GB RAM that it has given to Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
