Amazon’s grocery service just got better and more comfortable for shoppers. AmazonFresh Pickup is a drive-in grocery delivery service that delivers your grocery orders directly to your car trunk.
The beta version commenced on Tuesday. From AmazonFresh’s selection, shoppers can place an order online, choose a time span (usually 15 minutes tops after orders have been placed), and afterwards drive to an AmazonFresh Pickup location where you pull over in the parking lot and your groceries will be stuffed into your car trunk by an agent in just a few minutes.
This service is an addition specially made for Amazon Prime subscribers, making a meaningful facet to the already existent Amazon Prime subscribers’ package. In the AmazonFresh Pickup Service, there is no minimum order, so you can order a toothpaste and it will be delivered regardless.
Meat, bread, a variety of household items and dairy products, fresh produce amongst other things are included in the available list of items. The program is currently dedicated to Amazon employees, Prime users will enjoy that service once it is opened to a larger audience.
